Initial Consultation (60 min.)

The dietitian will review your current diet/eating pattern, lifestyle, physical activity, and health/medical history, including lab work, medications, and supplements. The dietitian will assist you in identifying where changes can be made to your current eating pattern to break old habits and optimize health. Education, tips, and strategies on how to practically make and maintain changes that fit your life, will be provided. Resources may be provided, but a formal meal plan is not included in the initial consultation.

 

Follow-up (30 min.)

The dietitian will review and adjust your nutrition goals that were established during the initial assessment. You will discuss how your eating patterns have changed, evaluate what is working and what is not, and set new goals for moving forward.

Meal Planning Session (30 min.)

The dietitian will ask you key questions to design your meal plan to fit your dietary and lifestyle needs. Your meal plan will be tailored to your preferences and goals. After your session the dietitian will continue working seven-day meal plan, which will be sent to you via e-mail within 3-4 business days after your session.
